I love how he’s honestly shocked when she says she doesn’t count. He never really thought she didn’t count. She was always there. Always constant. Always dependable. The fact that she doesn’t see this, the fact that it isn’t obvious to her completely baffles Sherlock. He honestly has no idea how it’s possible.

Because, despite how he treats her, Sherlock does need Molly. From bodies to experiment on to planning to evade death and bring down a criminal mastermind in order to protect everything and everyone he holds dear. 

So, yes, Molly Hooper.

I think that I can safely speak for the Sherlock fandom when I say that you count.
